YOUR HOST
Yoga instruction is provided by YogaBlazed founder Danika Ervin. Danika is an Austin-based yin, power, vinyasa and sculpt instructor with additional certifications in Stress & Trauma Aware Yoga, Yoga Nidra, FRC Mobility and as a Sound Healer. She has been teaching since 2018 with focus on strengthening postures through mindful movement and relaxing the nervous system.
